Properties of New York, Inc. (PONY) is made up of small group of friends, with backgrounds in engineering and land surveying, who have joined together to purchase and sell land.  Originally incorporated in 1992, we currently focus on the responsible development of unique tracks of land.  Our primary area of concentration is in upstate New York.  Together we have a combined history of over 150 years of working with land development.  We sell only lands we own.

Given our group's small size and professional work history, we tend to choose our properties very carefully, as though we are picking it out for our own use.  We focus on the development of unique tracts of land.  Our goal is to help you fulfill your dream of becoming a Land Owner in upstate New York.
